8. Educational Programme Terms
Glassmoor Programmes are designed and delivered as general adult education on home loan literacy. Participation in a Programme does not confer any professional qualification, accreditation, regulated certification, or licensed status of any kind.
Completion certificates or letters of attendance may be issued at Glassmoor's discretion as a record of participation in an educational programme. These documents are not professional credentials and should not be represented as such.
Participants are expected to engage constructively with programme materials and facilitated sessions. Glassmoor reserves the right to remove a participant from a Programme, without refund, if their conduct disrupts the learning environment or violates these Terms.
Session content is designed for general educational purposes. It may not reflect the specific terms of any individual's existing or prospective loan products. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional guidance for their individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Glassmoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in a Programme, including but not limited to financial decisions made on the basis of Programme Content.
In any event, Glassmoor's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant Programme.

You may withdraw from a Programme at any time subject to the refund policy set out in Section 7.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply after termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. A written notice of the dispute should be directed to [email protected]. Glassmoor will respond within 14 working days and both parties will make reasonable efforts to reach a resolution within 30 days of the initial notice.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, either party may refer the matter to mediation through the Malaysian Mediation Centre or proceed through the courts as appropriate.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glassmoor concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions or representations.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Glassmoor's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
