How Glassmoor Programmes Are Built
Every Glassmoor programme starts from the same premise: home loan documents use specific language for a reason, and understanding that language is a learnable skill. Sessions are structured around actual document sections — not hypothetical scenarios — so participants practise the kind of reading they will need to do at home.
Content is introduced at the pace the group needs, not the pace the schedule demands. Facilitators are available to address questions within the session rather than after it. And every programme ends by pointing participants toward licensed professionals for any decision-making they need to do next.
