Why Glassmoor

What Sets Our Approach Apart

We don't offer advice on which product to choose. We help you understand the documents in front of you — clearly, at your pace, without pressure.

One Threshold at a Time

Sessions are structured so no single evening feels overwhelming. Content builds gradually — each doorway leads to the next section only when participants are ready.

Strictly Educational

No product is promoted. No bank is recommended. Glassmoor facilitators are educators, not salespeople. Every session points you toward licensed professionals for actual decisions.

Real Documents, Anonymised

Workshop materials draw from actual offer letters with all personal details removed, so the language you practise reading mirrors what you'll see on your desk at home.

Small, Quiet Groups

Cohort sizes stay small so questions can be asked without embarrassment. If you don't understand something, the session waits — not the other way around.

Printed Take-Home Materials

Participants receive printed glossaries and workbooks they can refer to at home — useful when sitting across from a banker and needing to recall what a term actually means.

Central Kuala Lumpur Venue

Sessions are held at our Jalan Imbi location — convenient for those living or working in the city, accessible by public transport from multiple directions.

Common Questions

Before You Enrol

Do I need any background in finance or law to attend?

No prior knowledge is needed. The programmes are designed for people who have little or no familiarity with banking terminology. Sessions start from the basics — what a loan offer letter looks like, and why each section is there.

Is this the same as getting financial or legal advice?

No. Glassmoor programmes are strictly educational. Facilitators help you understand how documents are structured and what terminology means. For advice on which product to choose, or for legal interpretation of a specific contract, you would need to speak with a licensed bank officer or solicitor.

When and where are sessions held?

Sessions are held at our Jalan Imbi premises in Kuala Lumpur. The one-day workshop runs on selected Saturdays. Evening programmes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The 10-week cohort runs on Saturday mornings. Exact schedules for the next intake are available on request.

How large are the groups?

We keep cohorts intentionally small. The one-day workshop accommodates up to 12 participants. The evening programme takes up to 10. The 10-week cohort is capped at 8 participants to allow for genuine discussion and individual questions.

Are the programmes conducted in English?

Yes, sessions are in English. Sample documents used in workshops are the English-language versions of Malaysian bank offer letters and disclosure sheets, which are the versions most participants receive.

What is the programme fee, and what does it cover?

The Reading Your Loan Letter workshop is RM 540. The Home Loan Vocabulary Programme is RM 1,490. The Considered Homeowner Cohort is RM 2,790. All fees include printed materials, session handouts, and any workbooks described in the programme outline. Refreshments are provided at the Jalan Imbi venue.
